Is your organization a 501c3?
No. Family Meal operates within 501c3 through our fiscal sponsors Sierra Health Foundation and United Way.
Do you operate outside of Sacramento?
Currently, Family Meal does not operate outside of Sacramento County. However, we are building the capacity to expand our program outside of the county and to provide a toolkit for other municipalities to implement a program like Family Meal.
How can I get involved in Family Meal’s mission?

How can I make a donation to Family Meal?
Family Meal does not accept donations at this time and is currently operating through grants and project-based work.
How can I receive food resources from Family Meal?
Currently, Family Meal is working through community-based organizations and would be happy to connect you to those organizations to see if meals would be available to you. Otherwise, please see this link to see what other regional food resources are available.
